All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. During certain holidays or busy times of year, there may be an order processing delay which will be displayed at checkout. Once shipped, carrier delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and are estimated at checkout. Order tracking information is sent via email, text message or Messenger.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer full refunds or exchanges for new, unused, unworn and unaltered merchandise for requests made within 20 days of the original delivery date. Bras, panties, briefs, socks and pantyhose are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned or exchanged in new, unused, unworn and unaltered condition with original tag(s) attached. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear.

All eligible returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing list. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
